What this is

A subscription service in which an AI writing in the character of Father Christmas replies by SMS to messages you send about your child, and keeps a running list. It is entertainment. It is not a monitoring, reporting or wellbeing service.

Who may use it

Adults aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom. Children do not use the service, do not message us, and do not have accounts.

Price

£3.99 per month or £29.99 per year. That is the total price you pay; there are no fees added later and no per-child charge. Up to three children and unlimited messages are included.

Cancelling

You can cancel online, in one tap, from your account, at any time. Your list stays readable and downloadable until the end of the period you have paid for. Annual subscribers get a reminder by email before renewal.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Because the service begins immediately, at checkout we ask you to consent expressly to immediate supply and to acknowledge that doing so ends your statutory 14-day cancellation right. Both are recorded with the exact wording and the time you agreed.

Standards for Santa's messages

Santa never threatens, never withdraws presents, never cancels Christmas, never shames a child or compares them to a sibling, and never mentions health, weight, food or a diagnosis. These rules are enforced by a filter in code on every message before it is sent.

Message charges

Texts you send to Santa are charged by your own mobile provider at your standard rate.
